For each client, we find a building in the locality the team wants, then design and fit out the office around that team. After move-in we manage it day to day, from housekeeping and security to maintenance and IT support. It comes down to what’s yours and what’s shared. With Managed Office Space, your team has its own lockable office. The reception, meeting rooms and cafeteria are shared with a few other companies. With Private Office Space, the entire office is yours: every workstation, cabin, meeting room and pantry. Both are built to your requirements and run by Nestoo. Compare the two offices.

Companies and teams of about 16 people or more that want an office of their own. That includes startups moving out of coworking, growing companies, established businesses that would rather not run their own facilities, and companies new to Bengaluru. Branch offices and the India teams of companies based abroad are welcome too. We don’t rent desks to individuals.

No. Nestoo sets up offices for teams, so we don’t rent single desks, hot desks or day passes, and we don’t sell coworking memberships. Every office we set up is for one company’s team. If you need a desk for yourself rather than an office for a team, a coworking space will suit you better.

That could be around MG Road, Indiranagar, Whitefield, Bellandur, Koramangala, Electronic City, Hebbal, Malleshwaram or anywhere else in the city.
