Nestoo Worksphere is a Bengaluru business that sets up offices for companies and then runs them. For each client, we find a building in the locality the team wants. We design and fit out the office around that team, then manage it day to day.

Why doesn’t Nestoo have fixed centres?
Because each office is built for the company that will use it. An operator with centres starts from the buildings it already runs. We start with where your team needs to be.
So the search begins with your requirements: the areas that suit your team, how many people, and when you’d like to move in. Then we look for a building there that can hold your office, and lay it out for the way your team works.
The trade-off is time. An office built for you takes longer than moving into ready space, so tell us early if you have a fixed date. See what decides the timeline.

Does Nestoo Worksphere offer coworking?
No. Nestoo Worksphere sets up and runs offices for companies, as Managed Office Space or Private Office Space. We don’t offer single desks, hot desks, day passes or coworking memberships. Each office is built for one company’s team: its own lockable office inside a shared office, or an entire office. We run it after the team moves in.
Is Nestoo Worksphere a property broker?
No. Finding the building is only the first step. Nestoo also designs and fits out your office, then runs it after your team moves in. So you deal with one company for the whole office, rather than separate brokers, designers, contractors and facility vendors. There’s no fee for finding the building or preparing your proposal. What you pay, and when, is set out in your proposal, so you can check it before you sign.
