Every Managed Office Space is quoted individually, because the locality, building, layout and term differ from team to team. Before you sign the agreement, your proposal sets out the monthly fee, what it covers, the term and any deposit.

Is a Managed Office Space the same as coworking?
No. In a Nestoo Managed Office Space, your team has its own lockable office, built for it, in an office shared with other companies’ teams. The reception, meeting rooms and cafeteria are shared. Nestoo doesn’t sell hot desks, day passes or memberships, so nobody books a desk by the day. How private and secure is our office in a shared office?
Your office in a Managed Office Space is lockable, with controlled entry so only your people get in. The reception, meeting rooms and cafeteria are shared with the other companies, as are building areas such as the lobby and lifts. If you have confidentiality needs, such as private client calls or sensitive documents, tell us when you share your requirements so they’re planned in. If the whole office must be closed to other companies, Private Office Space is the better fit.
Who are the other companies in the office?
Other companies’ teams, each in its own lockable office. Because Nestoo offers offices to companies, not desks to individuals, you won’t share a Managed Office Space with freelancers or day-pass users. Who the other companies are depends on the office, so ask us about them when we discuss options for your team.
How are the shared meeting rooms booked?
In a Managed Office Space, how booking works and any limits on use are set out in your proposal, before you sign. When you compare providers, ask whether there is a monthly quota and whether extra use is charged. If your team needs a meeting room it never has to book, one can be planned inside your office.
Can we move to a Private Office Space later?
A move to a Private Office Space can be planned, because Nestoo sets up both kinds of office. If you expect your team to need an entire office within a year or two, tell us at the start.
