Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms cover your use of nestooworksphere.co.in, the website of Nestoo Worksphere, which builds offices for companies in Bengaluru and runs them. The website is general information. Quotes and proposals bind neither of us until we both sign a written agreement.
The short version
- The website explains our offices and how we work in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer, a price or a contract.
- Quotes and proposals bind neither of us until we both sign a written agreement. That agreement sets the terms of your office.
- Drawings, plans and the space planner’s results are illustrations, not designs, quotes or promises.
- Market figures in our guides belong to the publishers we name, as of the dates we give. They aren’t our prices or terms.
- Use the website lawfully. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back.
- Indian law applies, and the courts at Bengaluru decide any dispute.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use nestooworksphere.co.in (the “website”). Nestoo Worksphere (“Nestoo”, “we”, “us”) runs it.
Our registered office, a legal address and not a walk-in office, is shown at the foot of every page.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. Information, not an offer
The website describes our offices and how we work in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer to provide an office or services, and nothing on it creates a contract.
We offer Managed Office Space, your own lockable office inside a shared, managed office. We also offer Private Office Space, an entire office for your company alone. Every office is quoted individually, so we don’t publish prices.
- Quotes and proposals aren’t binding. Any quote, proposal, layout, specification or timeline we share with you, in writing or in conversation, is for discussion. Neither of us is bound by it until we both sign a written agreement that includes it.
- The written agreement governs. Your fee, term, any deposit, what’s included and every other term of your office are set out in that agreement. If anything on the website differs from it, the agreement applies.
- Sending your requirements reserves nothing. A request or a reference number doesn’t hold a building, a price or a date for you.
- Extras depend on the building. Items on request depend on the building, the space and what’s agreed with you. Parking is always subject to the building’s parking allocation.
- Localities are examples. Area names on the website show where you might want an office. We have no fixed centres: we look for a building for each client.
3. Drawings, plans and the space planner
Drawings, plans and the space planner’s results help you picture and plan an office. They don’t show a specific office, building or design, and they aren’t quotes or promises.
- Drawings and plans on the website are labelled “Illustration only”. Your layout is planned around your requirements and the building we find.
- The space planner turns a headcount into an approximate floor area and mix of rooms, using the assumptions and sources it shows. Its result is an estimate to help you plan, not a quote, a design or a promise that a space will fit your team.
- The “Your requirements” card on the quote form and the thank-you page repeats what you told us, so you can check it. It isn’t a proposal.
- Images. We don’t present illustrations or stock images as offices we’ve built.
4. Guides and market data
Our guides are general information about offices in Bengaluru. They aren’t legal, tax, financial or property advice, so take professional advice before you decide.
Where a guide quotes figures or facts from someone else, it names the source and the date they apply to. They belong to that publisher, and they may have changed since. We report them as published. We can’t confirm they’re accurate, complete or current, and we give no warranty about them.
Market figures, such as rents, fit-out costs, contract norms and timelines, are never Nestoo prices, terms or timelines. Your proposal and agreement set those.
Before you rely on a figure, check the original source, which each guide links to. If you spot an error, please tell us.
5. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date. Even so, it may contain errors or fall out of date, and we may change it at any time without notice. Each guide shows the date it was last updated.
6. Information you give us
When you send a form or contact us, please give accurate information. If you share details on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re allowed to. Share another person’s details only with their permission.
Please don’t send bank or card details, government ID numbers or health information. We don’t need them to prepare a quote. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- send false information, impersonate anyone, or send someone else’s details without their permission;
- send spam or automated submissions through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or any system connected to it, or interfere with how they work;
- upload or send viruses or other harmful code; or
- use the website in a way that disrupts it or puts an unreasonable load on it.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content belong to us or are used under licence. That includes the text, guides, drawings, the Nestoo Worksphere name and logo, and the design of the site. Some parts, such as fonts, are used under their own open-source licences.
You may view, print and share links to any page for your own information or your company’s internal use. You may print our checklists and worksheets to use in your own office search.
You may quote a short extract if you link back to the page it came from. Search engines and AI answer services may crawl, index and quote the website as our robots.txt file allows.
Otherwise, you may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, for commercial purposes without our written permission. Market figures quoted in our guides belong to their publishers.
9. Third-party links and services
The website links to services and websites we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, Google and the sources cited in our guides. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
When you press a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send, and WhatsApp’s terms apply to what you send.
10. Availability of the website
We try to keep the website working, but it may sometimes be unavailable or show errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
We provide the website “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using the website or relying on its content. That includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, business, opportunity or data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. These terms cover the website only. Your rights and duties for an office come from your written agreement with us.
12. Indemnity
If you break these terms or misuse the website, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and claims we face as a result.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Indian law governs these terms. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or your use of the website. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and it applies from then on.
